Music For All America DVD's
Have you, like I, ever wished that you could see the Blue Ridge singing again? Well, wishes and dreams do come true! Thanks to Bill Crowe and Robbie Huber, I have been able to make a 2 volume set of DVD's of the Blue Ridge Quartet from their syndicated TV show "Music For All America". These DVD's feature over 60 songs, from shows in 1975, 1978, and 1981. You can now watch Donnie, Fred, Bill, and Burl singing right in your living room!
Volume 1 includes songs such as : This Ole House, I Know Who Holds Tomorrow, Without Him,
Please Search The Book Again, From The Manger To The Cross, Hallelujah Square, When I Wake Up To Sleep No More, Happy Rythym, Why Me Lord, and many more!
Volume 2 contains even more hits like : Swing Down, Sweet Chariot, Back In The Fold, Love Grew Where The Blood Fell, Mr. D. J., Jubilee's Comin', If That Isn't Love, Rise Again, Blessings That Flow From The Cross, One Way Flight, and When We Sing Around The Throne Eternal.

Blue Ridge CD's Are Here!
As mentioned in the Facebook Group: Blue Ridge Quartet: Fans, Friends, & Family, I've been working on a "Labor Of Love" project - putting all of my Blue Ridge Quartet albums onto CD's. That project is now complete, with all of their 33RPM releases available on 42 CD's - a total of over 90 albums, and I have been blessed abundantly as the "Sweetest Singing This Side Of Heaven" fills my home.
Several in the group have mentioned interest in having copies, and I am more than willing to provide them at cost, which would be $7 each. Shipping on a single CD is $2.50, but I am shipping for free on orders of 3 or more. Bill Crowe is aware of this project, with the understanding that no one is making any money - this is just an attempt to keep the Blue Ridge music & memories alive, and to further spread the Gospel and bless lives!

Sweetest Singing This Side Of Heaven
I first became acquainted with the Blue Ridge Quartet in 1973, after my grandmother had seen them on their TV show "Music For All America". The lead singer at that time was LaVerne Tripp, and she felt such a strong spirit from his voice and the words he was singing. He certainly blessed her life, and after my first concert, they blessed my life - and even though they disbanded in 1986, they continue to bless my life and the lives of many others. Their music and message are timeless!
The Blue Ridge Quartet was formed in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1946. At the close of World War II, when the warm secure feeling of peace once again shrouded the world, returning servicemen put into reality their dreams of resuming their life's vocation. Each rushed hurriedly to his calling - business, labor, teaching, preaching, singing - oh yes - SINGING! And though the personnel in the group changed over the years, they became one of the premier gospel singing groups, and were billed as "The Sweetest Singing This Side Of Heaven". As Robbie Huber states on the Blue Ridge Quartet's Facebook group page - "The first time you saw them you were a fan, the second time you were a friend, after that you were family!" And those aren't just words - the Blue Ridge were, and are, friends and family.
